Born in 1944 in the Babadağ district of Denizli, Ahmet Zorlu started his career in the textile industry at an early age, following his family's profession. In the early years of his business life, Zorlu engaged in textile trade by opening a store in Trabzon. In 1970, he moved the company headquarters to Istanbul, laying the foundations of Zorlu Holding. Establishing his first production company, Korteks, in 1976, Ahmet Zorlu brought all the companies under the umbrella of Zorlu Holding in 1990.

In 1994, Ahmet Zorlu added the Vestel brand to the Zorlu Holding portfolio, paving the way for new business areas. His entrepreneurship, which began in the textile sector, continued with companies operating in various fields such as white goods, electronics, real estate, energy, metallurgy, and defense.

Ahmet Zorlu, actively involved in non-governmental organizations, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK), the Turkish Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (TÜSİAD), the Denizli Citizens Union Education and Culture Foundation (DENSİR), the Babadağ Industrialists and Businessmen Association (BASİAD), and the Turkish Home Textile Industrialists and Businessmen Association (TETSİAD). As the founder of the Mehmet Zorlu Education, Health, Culture, and Solidarity Foundation (MZV), established in 1999, which provides scholarships to many students and builds numerous schools, Ahmet Zorlu continues his social responsibility efforts through MZV.

Ahmet Zorlu places great importance on social initiatives aiming to increase the influence of the Turkish business world abroad. In recognition of his contributions to improving and strengthening relations between Spain and Turkey, he was awarded the "Royal Civil Merit Order" by King Juan Carlos of Spain in 2007.

He managed overseas market research and new application development activities for the companies he served. Mr. Zorlu has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors of Zorlu Holding since 1998. In addition to his role as a Board Member at Zorlu Energy, Olgun Zorlu currently holds Board Member positions at Zorlu Holding and its affiliated companies.

(1955 - İzmir) Born in İzmir in 1955, Ömer Yüngül graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1978. Starting his career at Tekfen Construction, Yüngül held managerial positions at Metaş, Faz Elektrik, and Merloni Elettrodomestici. In 1997, he joined Zorlu Holding as the General Manager of Vestel White Goods and later became the Executive Board Chairman of Vestel in 2000. After 15 years of successful management at Vestel, Yüngül became the first CEO of Zorlu Holding in 2013.

Fluent in English and Italian, Ömer Yüngül is married and a father of one child.

Tav Morgan, an American citizen, began his career at the Ernst & Young consulting firm between 1993 and 1995. In 1995, he joined McKinsey & Company, where he served for ten years and managed the Moscow office. Following his experience at McKinsey & Company, from 2004 to 2008, he held the position of COO and Board Member at OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel, one of the largest companies in the nickel mining industry. He also assumed the role of Chairman of the Board of the Nickel Institute between 2006 and 2008 on behalf of OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel. From 2009 to 2012, he worked as an Executive Director in the Investment Banking Division within the Global Natural Resources Group at Goldman Sachs Moscow office.

Between 2014 and 2020, Tav Morgan served as an Independent Board Member at Tigers Realm Coal Limited in Melbourne, Australia, and between 2015 and 2022, he held a similar role at Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works. He was a Board Member at the U.S.-Russia Business Council from 2017 to 2022.

Morgan has been a partner at Baring Vostok Capital Partners, a firm he co-founded, from 2012 to 2022. Tav Morgan earned his bachelor's degree in International Relations and Political Science from Yale University in 1990 and completed his master's degree in Russian and East European Studies at Oxford University in 1993.

Married with three children, Morgan has been residing in Istanbul since November 2022.

Born in Kayseri in 1960, Orhan Yılmaz graduated in 1984 with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Gazi University. Holding master's and doctoral degrees from the same university, Yılmaz started his career in 1986 as an engineer at Etibank's boron and acid factories. He worked successively as chief engineer, chief engineer, and plant manager in the same company, and was appointed as deputy general manager in 2003. In 2004, he assumed the positions of General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Eti Maden, the largest mining organization in Turkey, and held these positions until 2015. Serving as an Advisor to the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources between 2015 and 2017, Yılmaz started his role as the Head of Zorlu Mining Group in January 2017.

Orhan Yılmaz is unmarried and the father of three children.

Born in Ankara in 1965, Recep Şekerci graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Gazi University Faculty of Engineering and Architecture in 1987. He worked as a chemical engineer at Bagfaş Bandırma Fertilizer Factories in 1990-1991. In 1992, he began his career at Eti Mining Enterprises General Directorate as an engineer and subsequently served in various positions including technical supervisor, chief engineer, chief expert, deputy operations manager, and operations manager. He has been involved in chemical engineering, energy production, R&D projects, and industrial equipment and system design, planning, construction, commissioning, and production processes.

Recep Şekerci started his role as Operations Manager at Meta Nickel Cobalt Inc. in February 2017 and currently continues his duties as Technical Deputy General Manager.

Recep Şekerci is married and the father of one child.

Born in 1984 in Kırklareli, Onur Birol graduated with honors from the Department of Geological Engineering at Selçuk University in 2008. Starting his career as a Quality Control Engineer on the Ankara-Konya High-Speed Train Project, one of Turkey's largest railway projects, Onur Birol continued his journey in 2010 at Doğan Holding, Gümüştaş Mining Inc., Bolkar Dağ Gold-Silver production facility, where he rose to the position of Production Chief Engineer.

In 2014, he began a new career at Zorlu Holding, Meta Nickel Cobalt Inc., Gördes operation, as a Production Engineer, and he took on various roles as a manager, director, and coordinator within the same company. In 2015, he completed his master's degree in Mining Engineering at Niğde University, followed by a master's degree in Engineering Management at Celal Bayar University in 2018.

In 2023, Onur Birol was promoted to the position of Deputy General Manager of Production at Meta Nickel Cobalt Inc., Gördes operation, and he was appointed as the Secretary of the Board of Directors of Meta Nickel Cobalt Inc. the same year. Continuing his academic life at Anadolu University, he graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration in 2023.

Onur Birol is married and has one child.

Born in Sakarya in 1980, Yavuz Köroğlu graduated from the Department of Economics at Ege University in 2003. Holding a master's degree from the Economics and Finance Department of Boğaziçi University, Köroğlu began his career at the international audit and consultancy firm PwC. Between 2010 and 2017, he served as the Internal Audit Manager at Arkas Holding Inc. Between 2017 and 2023, he worked as the Director of Finance responsible for Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources Departments at Inter Abrasiv, a leading company in abrasive production in Turkey and Europe. Since June 2023, Yavuz Köroğlu has been serving as the Deputy General Manager of Financial Affairs at Zorlu Holding, Meta Nickel Cobalt Inc.

Yavuz Köroğlu is married and the father of one child.
