Born in 1944 in the Babadağ district of Denizli, Ahmet Zorlu started his career in the textile industry at an early age, following his family's profession. In the early years of his business life, Zorlu engaged in textile trade by opening a store in Trabzon. In 1970, he moved the company headquarters to Istanbul, laying the foundations of Zorlu Holding. Establishing his first production company, Korteks, in 1976, Ahmet Zorlu brought all the companies under the umbrella of Zorlu Holding in 1990.

In 1994, Ahmet Zorlu added the Vestel brand to the Zorlu Holding portfolio, paving the way for new business areas. His entrepreneurship, which began in the textile sector, continued with companies operating in various fields such as white goods, electronics, real estate, energy, metallurgy, and defense.

Ahmet Zorlu, actively involved in non-governmental organizations, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK), the Turkish Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (TÜSİAD), the Denizli Citizens Union Education and Culture Foundation (DENSİR), the Babadağ Industrialists and Businessmen Association (BASİAD), and the Turkish Home Textile Industrialists and Businessmen Association (TETSİAD). As the founder of the Mehmet Zorlu Education, Health, Culture, and Solidarity Foundation (MZV), established in 1999, which provides scholarships to many students and builds numerous schools, Ahmet Zorlu continues his social responsibility efforts through MZV.

Ahmet Zorlu places great importance on social initiatives aiming to increase the influence of the Turkish business world abroad. In recognition of his contributions to improving and strengthening relations between Spain and Turkey, he was awarded the "Royal Civil Merit Order" by King Juan Carlos of Spain in 2007.

Ahmet Zorlu is married and the father of three children.

(1965 - Trabzon) After completing his higher education in textile and business administration in the United Kingdom, Olgun Zorlu, in 1986, stepped into business life and began managerial roles in companies under Zorlu Holding since 1988. He managed overseas market research and new application development activities for the companies he served. Mr. Zorlu has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors of Zorlu Holding since 1998. In addition to his role as a Board Member at Zorlu Energy, Olgun Zorlu currently holds Board Member positions at Zorlu Holding and its affiliated companies.
Olgun Zorlu is married and the father of two children

(1955 - İzmir) Born in İzmir in 1955, Ömer Yüngül graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1978. Starting his career at Tekfen Construction, Yüngül held managerial positions at Metaş, Faz Elektrik, and Merloni Elettrodomestici. In 1997, he joined Zorlu Holding as the General Manager of Vestel White Goods and later became the Executive Board Chairman of Vestel in 2000. After 15 years of successful management at Vestel, Yüngül became the first CEO of Zorlu Holding in 2013.

Fluent in English and Italian, Ömer Yüngül is married and a father of one child.

Born in 1984 in Kırklareli, Onur Birol graduated with honors from the Department of Geological Engineering at Selçuk University in 2008. Starting his career as a Quality Control Engineer on the Ankara-Konya High-Speed Train Project, one of Turkey's largest railway projects, Onur Birol continued his journey in 2010 at Doğan Holding, Gümüştaş Mining Inc., Bolkar Dağ Gold-Silver production facility, where he rose to the position of Production Chief Engineer.

In 2014, he began a new career at Zorlu Holding, Meta Nickel Cobalt Inc., Gördes operation, as a Production Engineer, and he took on various roles as a manager, director, and coordinator within the same company. In 2015, he completed his master's degree in Mining Engineering at Niğde University, followed by a master's degree in Engineering Management at Celal Bayar University in 2018.

In 2023, Onur Birol was promoted to the position of Deputy General Manager of Production at Meta Nickel Cobalt Inc., Gördes operation, and he was appointed as the Secretary of the Board of Directors of Meta Nickel Cobalt Inc. the same year. Continuing his academic life at Anadolu University, he graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration in 2023.

Onur Birol is married and has one child.
